Rainbow Designs Policies

1. Any item to be found of substandard quality will be replaced or refunded upon notice (within 7days) and return of item (within 14days), including postage. Please contact us before returning gift
2. In the event of delayed delivery or a product being out of stock we will contact you within 24hours.
3. Deliveries are made Australia wide using reliable and friendly couriers - Fastway, Toll and Star Track Express.
4. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
5. All orders will be issued with an official order number which will be included in our order confirmation email.
6. Any enquiries regarding a previously placed order must include the official order number.
7. A gift will not be despatched until payment has been received.
8. Any comments, queries, feedback or complaints can be sent through our email form where they will be attended to promptly.
9. Any gift containing alcohol cannot be purchased by or delivered to persons under the age of 18.
10. Images are used for display purposes only. Actual product presentation may vary.
11. Cancellations or amendments of orders made before 1pm must be phoned or emailed through before 3pm the same day. Orders made after 3pm must be advised within 24hrs. Once order has been despatched unfortunately cancellations/amendments cannot be made.
12. Payments by direct deposit - please note goods will not be despatched until payment has been received into our account. This generally takes 24-48hrs.
13. Rainbow Designs accepts no responsibility for misspelt information, names or addresses on gift tags. Please check before submitting your order.
14. No responsibility will be accepted by Rainbow Designs for late deliveries due to circumstances outside our control.
15. Returns and refunds - If your gift arrives damaged/broken please inform us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement gift to be sent out. We will also ask you to return the damaged gift to us (within 14days) - we will refund the postage charges.
16. LIQUOR ACT 1982 It is an offence to Sell or Supply to or to obtain Liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
17. Privacy - We will not rent or sell your name or any other information you provide to us to anyone.
