Are you an existing Rainbow Designs member? Do you have an account on our new online store?! If so, you can track your order online via your My Account section!

This is only available if you register with us when you placed your order (it's easy, convenient and safe - you're details are not disclosed to anyone - register now!). You will still receive emails from us updating you on your orders progress with the final email advising you that your order has been despatched.
To track the progress of your order online click here. This will show you the current status of your order (you will also receive an email updating you on the progress of your order). Once your order has been despatched (this is the final update you will receive from us) you will then be able to track the parcel using the online tracking facility, the links are below .
To track a parcel please click on the appropriate link below (a new window will open) and enter the tracking number you received in your confirmation email (or you found using the Online Order Tracker described above), this email also advised you who we used to deliver your gift. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Rainbow Designs if an order does not arrive. We will then proceed to lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
NOTE: All orders to Post Office Boxes will be sent using Australia Express Post as couriers do not deliver to them.
