What did you do for your 16th birthday? Can you remember! My school friends organised a surprise party for me but (seeing as I didn’t know) I turned up at my best friends place (where the party was going to be - I had NO idea!) while they were all out the front sitting on the stairs deciding on who was to do what. Even though they didn’t get to do the whole ’surprise’ as I walked in the door it still ended being a great party.

This coming weekend is a long weekend due to Anzac day (April 25 - even though it falls on Sunday), what is everyone up to? We haven’t decided if we’ll go away for a few days or stay at home and potter around.

Then just a few weeks later is Mother’s Day (Sunday May 9, 2010), isn’t this year zooming by!! We’ll be heading up to my nans (Far North Coast of NSW) and go somewhere special for Mother’s Day and then again for Nans birthday - very excited
